Join Sylvester Baugh and myself in a lively discussion on ethics in coaching. If you have the BCC credential, you must recertify every five years, and part of that recertification involves 70 hours of coach-specific continuing education training, including four hours on ethics. This course was created to meet that ethics requirement. It is four hours in length, with part I on April 4 and part II on April 11. If you attend the course live, you will have the opportunity to join the discussion. We will be analyzing some interesting ethical dilemmas as they pertain to the BCC Code of Ethics  and going over a new document we, as BCC coaches, must be familiar with, the CCE Ethics Case Procedures.
