Ethics: 50 shades of gray

$97.00

Join Sylvester Baugh and myself in a lively discussion on ethics in coaching. If you have the BCC credential, you must recertify every five years, and part of that recertification involves 70 hours of coach-specific continuing education training, including four hours on ethics. This course was created to meet that ethics requirement. We will be analyzing some interesting ethical dilemmas as they pertain to the BCC Code of Ethics  and going over a new document we, as BCC coaches, must be familiar with, the CCE Ethics Case Procedures.

Description

Join Sylvester Baugh and me for an engaging discussion on ethics in coaching in this asynchronous course. If you hold the BCC credential, you’re required to recertify every five years, which includes 70 hours of coach-specific continuing education—four of which must focus on ethics. This course is designed to fulfill that ethics requirement.

The course is four hours long and includes two (2) two-hour videos, followed by a test upon completion. After passing the test, you will receive an NBCC CE certificate awarding four (4) clock hours.

Together, we’ll examine intriguing ethical dilemmas related to the BCC Code of Ethics and review an essential new document all BCC coaches must understand: the CCE Ethics Case Procedures.
