Satisfaction Policy

We are so excited that you purchased the Academy of Choice’s Coaching program. We can’t wait to meet you and get started. We know you are going to love working with us as much as we’ll enjoy working with you.

During the course of your program, if you have any concerns or complaints that require our attention, please start your discussion with your coach. If that is not possible, you are uncomfortable doing so or you don’t get satisfaction, then please contact me, owner of Academy of Choice at 773-741-0705 or email me at Kim@olverinternational.com. I will get back to you within 48 hours and we will work out a solution.

If, during the first 30 days, you realize that the Academy of Choice isn’t for you for any reason, you may request a full refund, no questions asked. That is how sure we are that you are going to love the program.

We also realize that if you signed up for the distance learning program, sometimes it’s difficult to apply the self-discipline necessary to get your assignments done within the time frame you would like, so we offer free coaching services via a weekly 15 min. phone call to help keep you on track. To take advantage of this offer, you can email me at any time during your program and request it.

We also offer an upgrade to the in-person program at any time for a $100 fee.

Grievance Process

  1. If you are having a disagreement or challenge with a particular coach in our program, please address your issues directly with your coach.
  2. If you are still not satisfied, then, send an email or letter to our CEO, Kim Olver, at Kim@ria8ep6jo6.wpdns.site or PO Box 2666, Country Club Hills, 60478. You are always welcome to call but the grievance does not become official until it is received in writing.
  3. If still not satisfied, then I direct you to send your grievance to our Ombudsman, Marcus Gentry, at respect@marcusgentry.com.
  4. While we sincerely will make every attempt to resolve any disputes prior to this stage, if you are still unsatisfied, then you may take your complaint to our certification entity, the Center for Credentialing and Education. Their contact information can be found here: https://www.cce-global.org/Contact.
