Pahlavnejad, delivers a series of professional Coaching Psychology Certificate
Programs in Iran.
These programs are designed to empower counselors,
psychologists, educators, managers, sports coaches, and other professionals who
aspire to practice evidence-based and ethical coaching.
The certification pathway helps participants build the competence, confidence, and ethical grounding required to provide high-quality coaching services that foster excellence, meaningful growth, and well-being for individuals and organizations.
RaiMana’s curriculum is founded on Integrative Coaching Psychology — a scientifically informed and practice-oriented approach that integrates insights from Choice Theory, Positive Psychology, and Self-Determination Theory, along with findings from neuroscience.

The Life Coaching Certificate Program prepares professionals to facilitate personal growth, transformation, and sustainable change.
Participants develop deep self-awareness, ethical practice, and advanced coaching skills through experiential learning, role play, and supervised
practice. Graduates are equipped to support motivated clients in achieving greater self-understanding, autonomy, and well-being across personal and professional domains.
Executive Coaching Certificate Program
The Executive Coaching Certificate Program is designed for directors, managers, consultants, and professionals committed to leadership development and organizational transformation. Participants learn to connect individual performance, role dynamics, organizational culture, and strategic goals through systemic and integrative methods. This program equips executive coaches to act as ethical partners in fostering professional growth and organizational excellence in complex business environments.
Adolescent Coaching Certificate Program
The Adolescent Coaching Certificate Program equips professionals working with young people (ages 12–18) — including counselors, psychologists, teachers, and sports coaches — with the skills to facilitate positive identity formation, emotional growth, social development, and independence. Sports Coaching Certificate Program
