By purchasing and/or participating in the Mental Freedom® Experience, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Olver International (“Company”).
1. Purpose
The Mental Freedom® Participation Agreement defines how Mental Freedom® is shared, used, and protected.
Mental Freedom® is a structured, principle-based framework designed to support personal and professional growth. This Agreement ensures the integrity of the work while creating a clear, respectful foundation for participation.
This Agreement applies to all current and future participation in Mental Freedom® programs, including any additional roles, certifications, or licenses granted through addendums.
2. Nature of the Program
The Mental Freedom® Experience (MFX) is a psychoeducational program designed to support personal insight, awareness, and growth.
MFX is not, in itself, therapy, counseling, or coaching. However, Mental Freedom® concepts may be applied within a professional setting depending on the context in which the program is delivered and the credentials of the facilitator.
Participation in an MFX does not, by itself, establish a clinical, coaching, or advisory relationship with the facilitator unless such a relationship has been
explicitly established outside of the program.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Facilitators are responsible for clearly communicating the role in which they are serving.
3. General Participation Guidelines
To support a high-quality, respectful, and engaged learning environment, participants agree to the following:
(a) Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. If one session is missed, it may be made up by watching the recording.
If more than one session is missed, participants may be required to join a future MFX cohort to complete the program.
(b) Engagement
Active participation is expected. The value of the Mental Freedom Experience is shaped by each participant’s willingness to reflect, engage, and contribute to the process.
(c) Visible Participation
To support connection, trust, and a meaningful group experience, participants are expected to have their cameras on during live sessions.
Brief moments off-camera are understandable (for example, stepping away, eating, or handling something time-sensitive), but participants are expected to return to visible participation as soon as possible.
Being present and visible is an important part of contributing to the group and honoring the shared experience.
(d) Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others. Personal information shared within the group should not be disclosed outside of the program.
These guidelines are designed to support both individual growth and the collective experience of the group.
