Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Our minds are filled with rules, beliefs, values and other information we picked up as children, into adulthood and still today. Some of it serves us but much of it doesn’t. I have developed a system for freeing your mind so you can live the life you want to create instead of being a prisoner in a mind you unintentionally created that is holding you hostage. Responsibility, Trust and Appreciation are the trifecta of mental and emotional freedom.

Implicit Bias Workshop

Anyone interested in better understanding the implicit bias that lives in all of us, while learning techniques to counterbalance that bias.

Diversity

Participants will appreciate their own unique contributions, as well as the unique contributions of others. They will recognize how their unique perceptions create the reality they experience. Safe, open, honest, and respectful discussions will occur surrounding similarities, difference, challenges & privilege. Participants will acquire tools that will allow them to be even more effective and equitable in their personal and professional lives.

Courageous Conversations

Are you in need of skilled, experienced facilitators in your organization to facilitate courageous conversations around topics like race, sexuality, discrimination, equity, and inclusion? We have the facilitators for you. We will create a safe environment for participants to share and discuss what they think and believe. The goal is for both sides to listen for understanding and find a solution that works for everyone.

Diversity from the InsideOut

Rules, regulations, and laws may change behavior when regulators are looking. Diversity from the insideout is a workshop that reaches the hearts and minds of people to help them to potentially develop the desire to do the right thing around the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Restorative Justice

Restorative justice maintains that those who have a stake in a specific offense must be involved to the extent possible. When guided by evidence-based practices, they can collectively identify and address harms, needs, and obligations in order to heal and put things as right as possible.
