Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment

To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application and be approved. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1. Commissions

Affiliates earn:

50% commission on digital product sales (e.g., Mental Freedom Video Experience)
25% commission on conferences & retreats.
20% commission on live or virtual trainings (e.g., Group Experience, Certification, Online Coaching Programs)

Commissions are paid net 30—meaning monthly earnings will be paid on the 30th day of the following month.

1. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked via affiliate links. A cookie will be placed on the customer’s browser and will remain active for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within that window, the referring affiliate will receive the commission.

1. Payment Terms

Payouts are made via [PayPal or your preferred method]. Affiliates must provide accurate payment and tax information to receive earnings.

1. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

Use misleading or false claims about Mental Freedom products
Engage in spammy marketing (e.g., unsolicited emails, misleading links)
Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Mental Freedom”) in search ads
Use their own affiliate link to make personal purchases (self-referrals)
Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

1. Brand Use & Content

Affiliates may use approved promotional materials provided by Mental Freedom. Use of branding, logos, or proprietary content outside of these assets requires written permission.

1. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. If terminated, commissions will be paid out for any qualified sales that occurred prior to termination.

1. Modification

Mental Freedom reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., loss of revenue or profits) related to your participation in the program.
