Coaching Basics

Learn the basics… like essential coaching skills, the difference between coaching, consulting and counseling, BCC ethics; and coaching assessments.

The Choice Coaching Process

Our proprietary Choice coaching process can help you take your skill to a new level in helping your clients increase their personal freedom while taking control of their life.

Life/Wellness/Relationship Coaching

In this module you will learn about developing connecting relationship habits; client resources; assessing client motivation; recognizing and combating self-sabotage; and shifting perception to gratitude.

Business/Organizational Coaching

In this module you’ll learn business coaching basics, such as organizational roles, negotiating your contract, corporate culture, coaching through performance issues, conditions of quality, coaching through systemic change, win/win/win negotiation and how to reach agreements with built-in accountability.  

Your Business Basics (Optional)

This is an optional part that goes beyond your 30-hour training. We know not all our students will be building an online coaching business, but if you are, we have a value-added part to the program. You will learn the basics of narrowing your niche, creating a website, search engine optimization, building an email list, creating a product funnel, generating a referral system, creating a newsletter, blogging, social media and article marketing. And we have a coach to coach you through it.

Become a Choice Coach

 When you build relationships with our coaches and you excel in this program, you could be invited to join us as a contracted employee, to either coach clients or work with students in providing feedback to their assignments.

Residual Income Opportunities

 When you successfully graduate from the Choice Coaching program, you have the opportunity to create electronic products for coaching continuing education credits to be sold on the Academy of Choice website, if approved. Should you have ideas for a standalone CE one-hour course up to and including a coach specialization category, please start the conversation prior to your graduation with one of your coaches interested in sponsoring your idea.
