4-7 – Basic Intensive Training Hybrid Virtual and In-Person 9 AM to 4 PM Central Monday through Thursday. Your first step toward certification in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy. Learn the basic premises of Choice Theory® psychology and why people do what they do, the process of Reality Therapy® and the techniques of lead management for working with groups, involuntary clients, unwilling learners and direct reports at work. This workshop is also geared toward people interested in self-discovery and development. Participants claim it to be life-changing.
4-8 – Academy of Choice 60- and 120-hour Programs Part 1 – Hybrid Virtual and In-Person Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM Central- If you have a bachelors or masters degree and want to pursue a Board Certified Coaching certification, then this is part 1 of your coach training. You will learn the foundational principles of Choice Theory® that our program rests on.

18-21 – Chicago Advanced Intensive Training – Hybrid Virtual and In-Person 9 AM to 4 PM Central Monday through Thursday – This is the third step in the Choice Theory/Reality Therapy certification process. The prerequisite is a Basic Practicum with an approved William Glasser International Certified Practicum Supervisor. Take what you’ve learned in your basic training to a whole new level. You will be peeling the layers of the Choice Theory onion, applying and integrating these concepts in your personal and professional lives, and practicing Reality Therapy and Lead Management with more difficult clients.
