In this episode, I interview Felicia Houston, licensed clinical professional counselor, speaker and mental health consultant. Felicia’s signature workshop is called, “Stress-Less: For Women Only!” and in this episode we talk a lot about stress. Felicia lays the foundation with the definition and causes of stress, the effect stress has on the body, and early warning signs. She shares her most stressful situation this year and how she dealt with it. We discussed the stress of the pandemic and how to manage it and ways to generally alleviate stress.
